Order review and processing

Orders are reviewed after submission and are not final until confirmed. In-stock orders normally require 1–3 business days to prepare after payment is confirmed. Weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, address checks, and events beyond our control may add time. We will contact you if an item becomes unavailable or a material delay is expected.

Rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping charges are shown in the order summary. Any delivery window we provide is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs, and local conditions may affect delivery.

Destinations, customs, and taxes

Destination availability is confirmed during order review. For cross-border shipments, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, or local fees not collected by us. Customs processing may delay delivery. We may be unable to ship certain products to restricted destinations.

Address accuracy and changes

Please provide a complete, secure, deliverable address. Contact us immediately to request a change. We cannot promise changes after fulfillment begins. Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted.

Tracking, missed delivery, and returned parcels

When tracking is available, we will provide it after dispatch. You are responsible for monitoring delivery and following carrier instructions. If a parcel is returned because delivery was refused, unclaimed, or the address was incorrect, we will contact you about reshipment or a refund less non-refundable shipping costs, subject to applicable law.

Loss, damage, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, if a parcel is missing, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item. Keep all packaging and provide the order reference, photos, and carrier information so we can investigate. We will provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law and the circumstances.
