These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Serlino Lab website and any order you submit. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and guest checkout

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your location. Accounts are not required. You agree that order and contact information you provide is current, complete, and accurate, and that you are authorized to use the delivery and payment details you provide.

2. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, colors, dimensions, availability, and images accurately. Screens and production batches may vary, and packaging may change without affecting the product's essential character. Product information is not medical advice and the product is not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties, delivery fees, and other charges are shown when known or may be collected by authorities or carriers where stated. Submitting an order through the current site does not charge you. We will review the order and provide confirmation and payment arrangements. Do not send payment-card numbers through forms or email.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your submission is an offer to purchase. An automated order-received page is not acceptance. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud or misuse, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If money was received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping, title, and risk

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed. Title and risk transfer as required by applicable law and the agreed delivery terms. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and reviewing customs or import requirements.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exclusions for opened personal-care goods, damaged shipments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site; interfere with security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the service; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive content; or use the site in violation of law.

8. Intellectual property

The site, brand elements, product imagery, copy, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Serlino Lab and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for personal shopping and information. No other rights are granted.

9. Feedback and user messages

You retain rights in original content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to receive, store, review, and respond to it and to operate the requested service. If you voluntarily provide product or service feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, except where law provides otherwise.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Individual skincare experiences vary. Review the product label, follow directions, patch test when appropriate, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and consult a qualified professional for personal medical concerns.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serlino Lab and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the site. Any aggregate liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

Where permitted, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own conduct or where consumer law prohibits it.

13. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the place where the store operator is established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Nothing here restricts rights to use a competent court, regulator, or consumer-dispute process where available.

14. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a new effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder remains effective.
